Mark Maldonado is the owner of Sports Yoga M2 studio since 2005. His yogic journey started in 1999 with a yoga class at a local gym, and after two years of daily practice, the inner journey influenced his intuition and the ability to inspire and connect with yoga. Mark makes a lasting impression with strong intuitive skills to correct and describe postures so that adjustments and alignments are felt and remembered. When he demonstrates postures it becomes an inspiration to have fun achieving your goal and be comfortable doing it. Intuitive Yoga in West Palm Beach is Mark’s blend of many styles but the ability to make you feel connected brings comfort to many students and teachers. He encourages you to look in and discover the true path. Intuition becomes your yoga.

Mark honored the natural instinct to do what he loves and was certified in 2003. In 2005 started his studio, the name Sports Yoga was chosen because he felt it would relate more to the general public especially if you were athletic in any way. Mark became a 200 hour level teacher in 2008 and a 500 hour level teacher registered with Yoga Alliance in 2013. Then he began his teacher training program at a 200 hour level. Mark’s history with anatomy training as a medical and physical therapy assistant provided a healthy knowledge of the body to connect your practice through alignment and modifications Yoga in West Palm Beach.

July 13, 2013 – I went through a blessing of a spiritual name, Satnaam. This was given to me from a trusted and honored, Gurunam Khalsa, her spiritual guidance and dedication is what inspired a request for a spiritual name. Both of us had a conversation and meditation with God and the name appeared in Gurunam’s mind and has resonated with me greatly.

I seek freedom, opportunities to enjoy life: to make love, to go places and to do things. I am very adventurous and willing to take risk to achieve objectives. I enjoy looking for new ways and new experiences and often not satisfy with the normal, my restless nature opens me up to intuition. I honor how one adventure leads me to another, but it doesn’t mean I am irresponsible. I enjoy honest and fair, because this is the only way to receive justice and honesty from other people. My personal growth is vital, and it is difficult to be tied down by rules and obligations. My restless spirit is enjoying the challenge of working with the community to help and inspire students, making this the field of work that meets my demand for action and adventure.
