New Class Hours in April Sports Yoga M2 Studio has listened to its students and have introduced new classes and hours.
Kayaking Full Moon October Join us for kayaking SUP on Tuesday night at 8 pm. $30 we leave from adventure times, rsvp asap, 2 hours total time. 
Yoga Teacher Program- Enroll Today Intuitive Yoga Teacher Training Program 200 Hour Level with Mark Maldonado. This is an accredited course through Yoga Alliance. Currently we are seeking students for a new term. All books and training for $2,800. The current schedule is Wednesday 10am-730pm and Saturday 9am-12noon, for 6 months. Please call to register soon, class starting end of April

Gentle Yoga

Check the schedule to attend a class for extra attention and time to stretch. Often the right correction can make all the difference, let your teacher know if you have special requests or considerations.

Vinyasa Yoga with Mark Maldonado

Mark is detailed and aware to assist your practice, his goal is to help you find the most out of each class and get the help you need. Each class works, core, back, legs, hips, maybe shoulders, inversions and arm balances.

Monday / Wednesday/ Friday 10:30 am / Sat 9:00 am

Beginners Yoga

Attendance to this class for beginner's to learn the flow and the instruction. Stretching and core are the focus with emphasis on the breath patterns. Tools are provided to help.

Michele: Tuesday and Sunday 12:30 pm

Sports Yoga M² 

Welcome to Sports Yoga M2 studio, Your teacher is Yogi Satnaam, and  his focus is to help find your comfort level in healing with yoga. A regular routine can restore your health to a nurturing, natural beneficial life. From the moment you come in to the studio, you can feel the warmth and acceptance from other students. Please feel free to ask questions it shows an connection to your practice.

As a member of the studio we offer yoga mats, straps, blocks, lockers, class is typically 60 minutes but occasionally a little longer. To start, avoid eating 1-2 hours before, wear something comfortable, arrive 5 minutes early and be ready to work. Bring a towel, your own yoga mat and water if preferred. We recognize things change with your body and you may need special considerations, before class, please inform your teacher.

Our staff is trained to assist all levels and new students are welcome. We close each class with the term Namaste; it refers to honoring the light in you by honoring the light in others, please repeat the word when you hear it.  I am sure you will enjoy the studio and your time in class will invite you to be a member soon.
